*Note: Due to a glitch in recording, the first few minutes of the meeting were not captured. The minutes missing included roll call, an overview of the meeting agenda, and acceptance of November 12th Meeting Summary Report and Oystermen's Workshop Summary Report. Both were accepted with no objections. The recording begins at the top of the first presentation of the day, given by Dr. Sandra Brooke.
