Funding Priorities For Buildings
A Strategic Infrastructure Plan for the Future of the Laboratory
With a planning grant from the National Science Foundation, and with input from our colleagues across FSU, the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve, and the National Marine Fisheries Service, we worked with architects Lewis and Whitlock, PA (Tallahassee, FL) to develop a comprehensive strategic infrastructure plan for the FSU Coastal and Marine Laboratory.
Among the new buildings proposed for the site are research buildings (the three phases of which are shown in the right panel above), an education center, and more dormitory space both for students and for separate sabbatical homes for visiting faculty and their families.
For more information about the plan or how you can help, please contact Dr. Joel Trexler, Director, by phone 850-645-3480 or by email: fcoleman@fsu.edu. Anything is possible with the generous support of FSUCML friends.
