Rates & Reservations
Thank you for your interest in FSUCML’s facilities including, housing, boats, research space and scuba equipment. Rates are listed below. When you are ready, please make a reservation by using our online reservation system at the link below:
After you have submitted your reservation, you will receive an email instructing you to complete either a research or education plan and a float plan if you have reserved a boat. These are required forms. If you do not receive an email, please send an email to fsucml-reservations@fsu.edu. All participants in any activities at FSUCML must complete a Waiver. This can be submitted when you arrive or emailed to degilbert@fsu.edu.
Educational programs involving primary and secondary school students are welcome. Supervision is required at a ratio of one adult for ten students. Students staying overnight must be in at least the ninth grade. Signed waivers and photo releases are required for visiting groups of such students.
FSUCML will not be held liable for any costs incurred in the event of cancellation of a planned trip or facility use. Cancellations by FSUMCL may be issued due to inaccessibility to the lab facilities caused by hurricanes, storms, equipment failure, or pandemics. Also, during a pandemic, if the reservation is allowed, guests agree to abide by all protocols established by FSUCML. Protocols will be given in advance of the trip/use date. FSUCML will follow all protocols established by Florida State University.
If conducting research at FSUCML, it is required to acknowledge The Florida State University Coastal & Marine Laboratory (FSUCML) in any publications resulting from work conducted while using FSUCML services. Additionally, copies of any/all publications will be provided to FSUCML free of charge and in a timely manner.
