Please submit a brief cover letter addressing: 1) The scholarship for which you are applying and why you are applying. 2) How diving contributes to your academic, professional, and/or personal development. 3) For Scientific Diving Scholarship applicants: How you intend to use scientific diving in your research. or 4) For Leadership Diving Scholarship applicants: How leadership training will contribute to your academic and/or professional goals. 4) If applicable, any financial circumstances or experiences as a member of a population underrepresented in scientific diving that you would like the committee to consider.

Letter of Recommendation *

At least one letter of recommendation should be submitted by research faculty from Florida State University on behalf of the applicant. Faculty should email letters of recommendation directly to fsucml-dso@fsu.edu.
